- Emily Robinson Review added: 2018.09.26★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible staff do not care about the animals at all. Lady on reception rude and abrupt didn't even let me finish talking absolute disgrace. Rang about a stray cat that keeps entering my home and spraying and trying to harm my children and was told well unless it's injured we won't be helping as it's a stray cat and I should be preventing it coming in. Absolute joke no regards for the animals welfare at all. Should be closed down immediately
- Sarah Organ Review added: 2018.07.17★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I cannot get in contact with them their service when it comes to abandoned stray cats is appalling. and when they suggested I contact the emergency number all the emergency people did was nothing but telling us not to feed them when they could have taken the cat to a shelter. They don' t care about animals at all, well if the cat dies it'll be on their head for the rest of their lives
