After paying a full premium for my coverage, I was treated with hostility and contempt.
I contacted to request advice on how to make a claim. I was given an email with #contempt and a #snooty tone to tell me I wasn't going to be covered for whatever it was I had the #audacity to be claiming against (well that was the take home message). I recommend you carefully consider who you insure with as #PhotoGuard is #insurance is money in the bin for what I can tell. :-(
Zero effort to comfort or value my custom following this correspondence which made the harsh reality check of their lack of commitment to customer service. I am just angry at myself for trusting in such a horrible set of shysters.
